VAT Application

Financial

Tuition fees are subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable as per Saudi Arabian tax regulations.

Payment Terms

Financial

All tuition fees must be settled in full upon signing the enrollment contract.

Withdrawal Policy

Academic

If a student's file is withdrawn more than fifteen (15) days after the start of the first semester, the guardian remains liable for the full tuition fee for that academic year.

Enrollment Requirements

Administrative

New enrollee/s must accomplish and submit the requirements listed in the registration form.

Fee Payment Options

Financial

School fees vary according to year level of the student and may be paid in full upon enrollment or installments (monthly or quarterly).

Official Enrollment

Administrative

Students are declared officially enrolled after payment of the following fee: Registration fee, Books, Bus (optional).

Late Enrollment

Academic

Late enrollees are required to pay full amount (one year) of tuition fee (only if complete report card is requested) regardless of the month of admission.

Monthly Statements

Financial

A statement of account shall be issued every month, after the start of the school year, to keep parents/guardian posted.

Outstanding Balance

Financial

A student with outstanding balance from the previous academic year must settle their old accounts first and shall only be eligible for admission in the current year once all fees are cleared from the accounts office.

Examination Permit

Academic

Examination permits are issued 2 days before examinations. Students with outstanding balances are prohibited from taking examinations and cannot receive official documents including report cards and certificates.

Withdrawal Notice

Administrative

In case of student withdrawal, transfer or exit, parents must notify the school principal in writing at least one week before the last expected day of attendance.

Refund Terms

Financial

Student's withdrawal refunds relate to tuition only. All other fees are non-refundable.

Data Privacy

Legal

School data is the property of the school and cannot be shared without written approval. Unauthorized sharing may result in legal action.

Refund Notification

Administrative

Parents/legal guardians shall be notified via email, phone or text message upon the approval of the refund.

Only tuition fees are refundable. Registration, books, uniforms, laboratory, and bus fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
